Wright Property's leading commercial team have established themselves in the CBD and City Fringe market by pushing competitors and offering better service and reporting through constant monitoring of the market and an unwavering commitment to acting in our clients' best interests.

In 2009, Nick Spiro joined the team in the position of Associate Director to head up the commercial division. Nick brings to the Wright Property team over eight years of commercial sales and leasing experience, encompassing extensive knowledge of the city fringe market and highly developed marketing and negotiating skills. Nick also has a Bachelor of Business Management.

Since then, Wright Property has continued to grow our successful commercial division, which is now made up of a team of seven agents and two support staff.
